the staff was very friendly and always willing to help, and I appreciated the complimentary Turkish tea and sweets. the location was very convenient, with easy access to transportation and local attractions. the cozy balcony in the room was also a huge advantage, offering a great place to relax and enjoy the view.

The noise outside could be a bit overwhelming at times, but the tightly closed windows did help to block out most of it. the bed was comfortable, but the pillows could have been a bit firmer to better support my neck.
